1) DUR-120 USB
The reader creates a virtual serial port when connected (if it is not created automatically, you can download drivers from https://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm). You can then use the manufacturer's API or the TSSKBridge application for communication (e.g. to convert from serial port to keyboard).
2) DUR-120 ETHERNET
To communicate with the reader, the API supplied by the manufacturer must be used. The communication protocol is the same, but the connection method to the sensor is changed.
