Simple inventory of assets and their inventory

The company's assets are growing in volume, there is no overview, no one knows where to look, and if they do, are they all still unpleasantly surprised when they take stock of the assets? It's time to bring order to the paperwork or excel spreadsheet and start doing asset inventory quickly and with clarity.

One option is our simple Android-based program running on the Cipherlab RK25 mobile terminal. At the start, we will help you with asset classification, hierarchy, processes, as well as printing labels and advise you on how to transfer data from the computer to the terminal and back. The basic principle is the division of assets into buildings and rooms. You can upload this overview to the terminal and go to the inventory. During the inventory, a list of the assets belonging to the room is printed out and you just retrieve the codes to write off the missing assets. Something is missing or excess - then just select the right button in the menu and correct the condition. This is illustrated in the following video.
