Entry and attendance systems
We offer customized entrance and attendance systems. We have extensive experience in this area and are able to meet even non-standard requirements. Our entrance and attendance systems can be found in commercial and manufacturing companies, training centres, cultural facilities, swimming pools. ..
Entrance systems
Entry systems are used to control or restrict the entry of incoming persons into a building, part of a building or premises.based on the identification of a person using identification media - various types of contact and contactless cards and chips. The entrance area is usually equipped with other technical means - turnstiles, doors with an electric lock, gates or barriers. The entry control system consists of one or more stationary terminals connected tonetworked, which verify eligibility for entry on the basis of an internal database of authorised cards. The terminals record and archive data on arrivals, departures and the presence of persons in a defined area. External magnetic card or chip readers may be connected to these terminals.
Attendance systems
Attendance systems identify each employee by means of a smart card, chip or bar code. When an employee arrives and leaves, his or her identification code is scanned by the terminal and this data information is stored in the terminal's memory. The system immediately processes the collected data and edits it into a form that can be imported into the payroll system. The attendance system replaces the old punch clock, attendance books and attendance books. In addition, it reduces the possibility of entering information by mistake and considerably speeds up the whole process of recording and further data processing.
Basic features
- The system allows working with a number of different types of Id media, both contact and contactless (mag cards, DALLAS chips, bar codes, PROXIMITY cards, Mifare cards, I-CODE cards and chips, etc.).
- Easy gradual expansion and upgrade of individual technical parts as operational needs change.
- Ability to integrate different types of controlled entrances into one system (building entrances, office entrances, warehouses, external gates and doorsgates, barrier systems) with different operating characteristics and modes under one control SW and thus greatly simplify management.
- Different access rights for cardholders can be defined for each single access point according to time criteria.
- Access rights for media ID holders can be grouped into so-called profiles (a set of positions and time zones), which can be further copied for other media ID holders or modified. The procedures greatly simplify management and make it easier to keep track of settings.
- Special modes can be defined for selected access points, such as permanent opening of access for a defined period of time, alarm modes for unauthorized access opening, conditional access opening after identification of at least two authorized persons, etc.
- In addition to the classic ID media, the system also allows the integration of technical means for long distance identification (4, 6, 8, 10 meters) - optimal for barrier entrances.
- Possibility of connection to EZS, EPS and other technological systems.
Technical data
- Recording of normal arrivals and departures of workers to/from work.
- Recording of additional, up to 90 types of departures and arrivals or interruptions of working hours (departure for business trip, doctor, lunch, vacation, etc.). All user definable.
- Separate function of attendance and access terminals without the need for On-line connection to the controlling computer.
- The systems can be connected via metallic lines (RS232, RS485, Current loop) or via modem, radio modem or computer network on Ethernet with TCP/IP protocol with remote management.
- Can be used to identify PROXIMITY, Mifare, Motorola, HID, contact magnetic cards, barcodes, DALLAS chips or fingerprint.
- Long-term function can be maintained during power failure.
- SW platform WINDOWS 9X, 2000, 2003, NT, XP, VISTA. SW is implemented in Delphi with SQL database NEXUS. There is an open ODBC interface for connection to third party systems.
Software features
- 100% objectivity - input data via terminal and PC, data from terminals cannot be influenced or deleted (objective system) - it is always indicated how the record was made and how and when it was changed.
- Ease of use - automatic support for finding errors in data and support for their correction.
- Complete support for data evaluation in SW including statistical outputs in print and data form.
- Hours worked.
- Overtime, holidays, night work, on-call...
- Calculations for entitlements to extra pay according to various criteria.
- Evaluation of entitlements to meal subsidies.
- Reports of processing results (paper statements, e-mailing, terminal information) - format of statementsThe format of the statements can be taken from one of the range of statements already implemented in the software or customized according to the user's specifications.
- Connection to frequent software systems ABRA, NORIS, SAP, BYZNYS...
- Secure treatment of access rights to SW equipment with definition of permissions to individual data and operations.
- Network operation in client server mode.
- All SW equipment in Czech language with fully comfortable environment.
- Connection with additional systems designed for automatic operation of entrances, identification of movement of vehicles, persons, materials, etc., catering systems.
- The system fulfils all the above mentioned and usual requirements for similar equipment set by the contracting authority, with a reserve (possibility of customization).reports, the possibility of recording on-call times, extra payments, work on specific tasks, distribution of daily information automatically by mail, automatic processing at night...)
