Project description:
The CODEWARE application system is a system designed for automatic application of side labels on bottles (jars, bottles, etc.). It is a two-headed CODEWARE application system. The system includes 1 or 2 CODEWARE L series label applicators in E or EC version, straightening module, fixing pressure belt and conveyor structure. The system can be extended by hot stamping or thermal transfer. Another feature of this application machine is its ability to remember up to five different predefined labelling processes, which can be changed almost on the fly during use. It is possible to influence the size of the labels, which can be up to 220 x 300 mm, as well as the position to which the labels will be applied or, for example, the order and number of labels. A very important factor is the possibility to set the applicator to label both oval and square bottles thanks to the pressure belt. It fixes the bottles firmly on the conveyor in the required position and "carries" them to the side label applicators of the machine.
