If the laser is shining in one point, it can be fixed 90% of the time.
Most of the time it shines in one spot because of a non-moving slide.
It's caused by objects stuck in the laser, screw, transistor, plastic covers.
If it is a metal object : it gets on the magnet of the laser and the laser needs to be completely disassembled to pull the object out and reassemble.
To disassemble the laser - you need to disconnect the three contacts on the side , then the laser can be disassembled.
