We have been working with barcode technology since 1996. Over time, barcodes have been joined by related fields such as RFID, POS systems or marking issues and the use of automatic identification in production and logistics. Our solutions are always based on resources that we know and have tested ourselves. Our employees constantly renew their expertise at specialized training courses abroad and are genuinely interested in both the technical side of things and in solving the customer's problem.

That customer satisfaction is the top priority of every CODEWARE employee is not a mere platitude. We realize that it is our customers who have invested in us and thus enabled us to become what we are. They hired us to solve their problem. Not to add to their problems.

What makes us different

We dedicate time and money to provide reliable pre-sales and after-sales service. We have the necessary certifications and training to advise which of the many devices and solutions available will best meet the customer's requirements. Having obtained authorizations from manufacturers, we stock the necessary spare parts and trained specialists to backWe can carry out manual and post-warranty repairs in our own premises - without long waits and expensive international transport.

We are active

Most customers know us as a reliable supplier of goods with unusually good after-sales service, but we have other less visible activities. We attend specialist seminars and conferences at home and abroad, some of which we organise ourselves. For example, we can boast of organizing several global distributor meetings for CipherLab and TSC, or hosting the first ever international conference "RFID in Europe" in cooperation with GS1 Czech.
